Game 1: Canberra Raiders vs South Sydney Rabbitohs

Thursday 7:50pm AEST

Captain Jarrod Croker and Josh Papalii are out for the Raiders, although they do get back Bailey Simonsson, Dunamis Lui and Joe Tapine. With no changes to the Rabbitohs, the model ranks them much higher than the Raiders, even against the home ground advantage. With the line at only -3.5 for the Rabbitohs it's just too good pass up on especially with the $2 lines only on Thursday and Friday. Also, similarly to last week, the Rabbitohs hold a massive advantage in the second half, and with the 2nd half line at -1.5 there is plenty of value.

Bet tips: • Rabbitohs -3.5 Line at $2.00 on Neds/Ladbrokes - 59% chance

                 • Multi - Rabbitohs H2H and Rabbitohs -1.5 2nd Half Line at $2.22 on Sportsbet - 51% chance

Game 2: Melbourne Storm vs Cronulla Sharks

Friday 6:00pm AEST

George Jennings and Nelson Asofa-Solomona are both out for the Storm, with Ryan Papenhuyzen still missing. The Sharks are missing Jesse Ramien and Siosifa Talakai, with former Storm centre Will Chambers debuting for the Sharks in place for Ramien. Both teams have 2nd Rowers playing centre in Tom Eisenhuth for the Storm and Teig Wilton for the Sharks. I like the Sharks at either $7 for the win or +17.5 in the line, but the Sharks have been underperforming since they lost they lost their head coach John Morris, so I'll leave this one alone.

Bet tips: No bets

Game 3: Brisbane Broncos vs Gold Coast Titans

Friday 7:55pm AEST

Broncos replace Croft and Deardan with Milford and Tyson Gamble in the halves although I won't be suprised if Brodie Croft plays instead of Tyson Gamble. They have also replaced David Mead with Jesse Arthars in the centres. Titans are missing Patrick Herbert, and Sam Lisone, but with Anthony Don back that pushes Phillip Sami to the centres in place of Patrick Herbert so the Don can be on the wing, also Herman Ese'ese makes his Titans debut on the bench. Every second week the Broncos perform horribly when they're away from Suncorp, and then they suprise everyone with a good performance at home, like when they were the only team to beat Penrith in the first half. Both teams prefer the first half and tend to drop off in second, so the best bet would bet would be Broncos line of +10.5, considering they only lost by 12 points the last time they played the Titans, and now with the home ground advantage they have a good chance of getting it done.

Bet tips: • Broncos +10.5 Line at $2.00 on Neds/Ladbrokes - 53% chance

Game 4: Penrith Panthers vs Manly Sea Eagles

Saturday 3:00pm AEST

Api Koroisau is back for the Panthers, with no changes for the Sea Eagles. Model ranks the Panthers way ahead of the Sea Eagles, but the recent turn around for Manly assisted by the return of Turbo, there is some value on the Sea Eagles at $5.50, plus we’ve been betting against Penrith the last couple weeks, and I don’t want to miss out on their first loss.

Bet tips: • Sea Eagles H2H at $5.50 on Bet365 - 20% chance

Game 5: Canturbury Bulldogs vs Parramatta Eels

Saturday 5:30pm AEST

Dallin Watene-Zelezniak is back for the Bulldogs, and Ryan Matterson makes his return to the Eels side on the bench nonetheless. The Eels are heavily ranked above the Bulldogs, and even more so in the second half. What’s even better is that the Bulldogs are only just ranked behind the Eels in the first half. So, a nice little multi on Sportsbet gets us some good odds, with good relative confidence.

Bet tips: • Multi - Bulldogs +19.5 1st Half Line and Eels -11.5 2nd Half Line at $2.37 on Sportsbet - 50% chance

Game 6: Newcastle Knights vs Sydney Roosters

Saturday 7:35pm AEST

The Roosters loose James Tedesco, which sees Joey Manu go to fullback, Brett Morris to centre, and Matt Ikavalu to the wing, although with Joseph Suaalii on the extended bench, I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes to centre or fullback.before kickoff with the expense of Matt Ikavalu. Similar to the previous game the Knights have a good first half record, and the Roosters have the Knights well covered in the second half, but this one will be closer than the previous game.

Bet tips: • Multi - Roosters H2H and Knights -1.5 1st Half Line and Roosters -3.5 2nd Half Line at $8.60 on Sportsbet - 22% chance

Game 7: New Zealand Warriors vs North QLD Cowboys

Sunday 2:00pm AEST

Cowboys get Taumalolo back, and the Warriors push RTS back to fullback with Reece Walsh going to five-eigth. Warriors have a good 2nd half advantage over the Cowboys which leads to a nice multi.

Bet tips: • Multi - Warriors H2H and Warriors -2.5 2nd Half Line at $2.33 on Sportsbet - 50% chance

Game 8: St-George Dragons vs Wests Tigers

Sunday 4:05pm AEST

Ben Hunt is back for the Dragons with Jordan Pereira and Mikaele Ravalawa missing. The Tigers swap out James Roberts with Joey Leilua. While the Tigers can be a bit of a wildcard, Dragons at -8 with Ben Hunt back is too good to miss.

Bet tips: • Dragons -8 Line at $1.90 on Neds/ Ladbrokes - 57% chance
